Question 1

What is a world model?

Accepted Answer

A model that keeps a world's state rather than generating a clip from a prompt each time. YOUWORLD holds three layers: a premise frozen from your first sentence, the world's own state — time, weather, objects, other people, places — and the character's state, meaning her goals, her mood and what she has learned about you. A cup you move stays moved. A window you close stays closed, and the rain gets quieter.

Question 2

How is YOUWORLD different from ordinary AI video generation?

Accepted Answer

YOUWORLD generates a world that keeps running, not a fixed clip. The character has her own goals and moods and remembers what has happened between you. The world moves on after you leave, and you come back to who she is now.

Question 3

Can I use a photo of a real person?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if you own the material or have that person's permission. Uploading confirms both, and confirms you will not use it to impersonate anyone, to defraud, or to generate illegal content. Uploads are screened, and anything doubtful goes to human review.

Question 4

Why does she take a few seconds to react?

Accepted Answer

Because what happens next is not generated in advance. While you are speaking, the world is computing the current moment, and what you said goes into the next one — like a live call-in, where the host hears you first and the picture reacts a few seconds later. She may also not hear you, or hear you and do something else.
